Dear customers,
We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance activity at our se-smedjebacken-1 data centre. Please find details of this maintenance below:
Start date: 05/05/2024 10:00 PM BST/21:00 UTC
End date: 06/05/2024 4:00 AM BST/3:00 UTC
Affected data centre: se-smedjebacken-1
Event Type: Internet Service Provider Upgrades
Description: The data centre provider will be performing network bandwidth upgrades within the maintenance window. During this time, there is an expected network interruption of maximum 1 hours.
Risk: The activity is expected to be disruptive.
Impact: High. VMs will not be able to communicate with the outside while the network is disconnected. While this is required, the team will do their best to keep interruptions to a minimum.
Action required: We advise all users to ensure a backup of their virtual machines and data is taken prior to the maintenance window and on a regular basis.
