In line with CUDO Compute's shift in direction, the existing infrastructure will be decommissioned, and public access to the platform will be revoked. Please find details of this activity below:
Start date: 25/03/2026 10:00 GMT/UTC End date: 25/03/2026 13:00 GMT/UTC
Event Type: As part of our shift to focus exclusively on dedicated GPU clusters and reserved capacity, all currently running public on-demand services will stop, and all active user resources will be deleted.
Description: The team will decommission the underlying infrastructure and will permanently delete any user data still present. Public access to the platform will also be revoked.
Risk: High. All remaining resources and data will be deleted as part of the decommissioning.
Action required: We advise all users to ensure an off-platform backup of their virtual machines and data is taken before the maintenance window, and operations are migrated to another service provider.
Please note that VM backups and migrations are not features provided by the platform, and the responsibility for data export or migration sits with the user. We strongly recommend planning and completing any required transitions before March 25.
We would like to thank all our users for your interest in CUDO Compute and your support since going live in October 2022. If you have any issues or concerns regarding the activity, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team by submitting a support ticket via the form on the CUDO Compute console.
Best wishes, The CUDO Compute Team
