Event Type: Storage Infrastructure Upgrades
Description: Our Infrastructure team will be performing software upgrades to the locations storage infrastructure within the maintenance window. These works are required in preparation for the roll-out of new storage functionality.
Risk: The activity is expected to be non-disruptive to our core service, however, due to the nature of the works, we are classifying this period as 'at risk'.
Impact: Low. Some users may notice reduced storage performance during the works.
Action required: We advise all users to ensure a backup of their virtual machines and data is taken prior to the maintenance window and on a regular basis.
