We would like to inform you of a maintenance activity planned at the in-hyderabad-1 data centre. Please be aware that this maintenance activity will require 3 hours of downtime.
Start date: 22/07/2024 at 7:30 PM BST / 23/07/2024 at 12:00 AM IST End date: 22/07/2024 at 10:30 PM BST / 23/07/2024 at 03:00 AM IST

Event type: hardware migration
Description During the maintenance window, the servers will be powered off and moved to a new location, after which they will be powered back on. While the servers are powered off, the hosted operations will experience interruptions and will not be remotely accessible until the servers are powered back on.
Risk: Low. The environment will resume the state as recorded before the maintenance window.
Impact: High. The operations hosted in that data centre will not be functional or online while the servers are powered off.
Action required: We advise all users to ensure a backup of their virtual machines and data is taken prior to the maintenance window and regularly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you can find another suitable data centre in our marketplace.
