Dear customer,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance in the se-smedjebacken-1 data centre. Please find details of this maintenance below:
Start date: 13/11/2023 11:00 PM GMT (23:00 UTC) End date: 14/11/2023 2:00 AM GMT (02:00 UTC)
Affected data centre: se-smedjebacken-1
Description: ISP scheduled network maintenance
Risk: At risk. All the existing VMs in the specified data centre will loose network connection.
Impact: High (service disruption). Virtual machines at this location will be without internet facing networking connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window. Virtual machines at this location will not be accessible from the Cudo Compute web console nor will they be accessible via SSH/RDP.
Action required: None
Downtimes will be kept to a minimum, but due to the nature of the works, please prepare for the network connection to be affected for the duration of the maintenance. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
