Issues with GPU availability in us-newyork-1
Resolved - The issue affecting GPU VM availability in our New York (NYC-1) data centre was resolved as of 09:45 AM BST on September 16, 2025.

Full functionality has been restored, and all customers can now provision, start, and connect to their GPU-accelerated Virtual Machines in the region as normal.

Event Type: Location decommission

Description: The team will decommission this location, destroying all data on the hosts as part of the activity.

Risk: High. This location will be completely removed from the platform, and no further operations can be deployed in this data centre via Cudo Compute.

Action required: To avoid data loss, we ask that all users ensure a backup of their data is taken prior to the activity and all operations are migrated to another location.
